Government advice on sexual violence and sexual harassment between children published

The Department for Education has published guidance for schools on sexual violence and sexual harassment between children and young people (under the age of 18) in schools and colleges. It covers what sexual violence and sexual harassment is, how to minimise the risk of occurring and what to do when incidents do occur, or are alleged to have occurred. The advice highlights best practice and other guidance that is available, and includes case studies. It states that it is up to schools and colleges to develop their own policies and procedures on this subject.
