Four in 10 adults discriminated against as children

A Save the Children survey has revealed that almost 40% of adults say their childhoods were blighted by discrimination because of where they were born, who they are or where they live. The survey was of 18,000 people in 18 countries. It founds that of those who had experienced discrimination in childhood, 49% said their education was negatively affected and 35% said they’d missed out on critical health services.
