DBS Updates

November 2015’s update newsletter from the The Disclosure and Barring Service includes:

  • EU criminal record checks: The DBS have launched a pilot scheme to trial the accessing of data from other countries. The countries included in the trial are the Netherlands and Latvia.
  • Making a barring referral: A one-page guide setting out how to make a barring referral.
